KH系类复合型水泥发泡剂是我公司新研发的国内最新一代混凝土添加剂。通过分子结构设计和材料优选配方与工艺正交试验研制的新一代KH高效发泡剂。专业用于泡沫混凝土砌块、轻质隔墙板材、矿井隧道回填等的制作。制作的泡沫具有超高的稳定性，独立微小封闭无污染，其性能为中性，易溶于水，常温发泡。能在水泥浆中产生大量的气泡，气泡相互独立并均匀分布在水泥浆中，形成大量封闭孔隙。

主要原料

使用无污染的进口材料和动植物蛋白质，无论是对生产者还是使用者及环境都不会产生任何副作用。

性能特点

1. 具有良好的发泡能力，泡沫细密微小、独立均匀；

2. 具有良好的稳定性，沉降量低（1h≤7.5mm），泌水量小（1h≤41.1g）加入了特有的防水材料使吸水率降低80%以上；

3. 增加混凝土强度、降低混凝土脆性，提高泡沫混凝土质量性能，泡径比传统泡径缩小50%，破泡率降低90%以上；

4. 跟多种标号的水泥有良好的适配型；

5. 性价比高，稀释比例1：100，平均每立方泡沫混凝土只需3-4元；

适用范围

    KH复合发泡剂主要应用于免蒸加气混凝土砌块、墙体的生产制作。其可对水泥、氧化镁、石灰、石膏、石粉、锯末、粉煤灰、沙、造纸废渣白泥等多种原材料发泡，制成泡沫混凝土砌块、 隔墙板、板条、空心砖、实心砖、热力管道保护套、屋顶隔热板等多种轻质泡沫建材，也可用于屋面、地暖、室内保温隔热隔音垫层制作。

  KH复合水泥发泡剂强度较传统均提高10%。强度提升原理新型材料的细小均匀气泡泡径比传统泡径缩小50%，仅0.1至0.3毫米，特有的加强韧性的功效，使得破泡几率大大降低90%以上。
